Support may include practising activities recommended by an allied health professional, participating in community routines or gathering observations for a review. Any direct therapy service depends on the relevant qualified practitioner and confirmed scope.

We ask which goals matter to you, what written guidance exists and how information should be shared. We will not present support-worker assistance as a substitute for professional assessment or therapy.
NDIS funding for therapeutic supports
NDIS funding can be self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed. Tell us how your relevant supports are managed and we will confirm the proposed service and payment arrangement before work begins.
We also agree the tasks, worker match, schedule, travel arrangements and relevant costs. Where clinical care is involved, assessment and staff capability are checked before the service is confirmed.
