NDIS child and youth support in Cranbourne and nearby areas
Support for children and young people that works with family priorities. Children and young people need support that makes sense within family life, school and the community. We listen to the young person and the people who know them well, then plan assistance around age, interests and existing routines.

What NDIS child and youth support can include
The right arrangement depends on your goals, the tasks involved and how you want assistance delivered. These are examples to discuss, not a fixed package.
Support age-appropriate choices within the family's routine.
Plan communication with parents and carers while hearing the young person.
Review goals as interests and circumstances change.
How we plan NDIS child and youth support with you
Where support happens
Support may include personal activities, social participation, travel and practising everyday skills. We can work alongside parents, carers and relevant professionals while respecting the young person's voice.
Before we begin
We discuss consent, safety, communication, worker suitability and how information should be shared with family. Goals and arrangements are reviewed as the young person grows.
Starting child and youth support with your family
Every family starts from a different place. Our first conversation is about your child or young person: what they enjoy, what they find hard, and the routines that already work at home and school.
We then agree on a small number of goals and decide together where support happens, who is involved and how we will share updates. For older teenagers we include them directly in planning, so youth support builds their own voice and confidence.
After the first few weeks we review what is working. Child and youth support can change as your child grows, starts a new school or moves towards adult services, and we adjust the plan with you rather than for you.
If therapists or educators are involved, we can share practical information with your permission so everyone is pulling in the same direction.
Funding for NDIS child and youth support
NDIS funding can be self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed. Tell us how your relevant supports are managed and we will confirm the proposed service and payment arrangement before work begins.
We also agree the tasks, worker match, schedule, travel arrangements and relevant costs. Where clinical care is involved, assessment and staff capability are checked before the service is confirmed.
