Getting started with specialist employment support
Specialist employment support suits people whose work goals need more detailed planning, for example because of complex communication needs, behaviour support considerations or health requirements at work.
We begin with a careful conversation about your goals, your current supports and any reports or plans you are happy to share. With your permission, we can talk with your employer, support coordinator or other providers so the plan fits the real workplace.
Support is introduced step by step, with clear roles for everyone involved. We review regularly with you and adjust the plan as your confidence and routines grow.
We will always be clear about what we can provide and when another specialist service may be a better fit.
