Housing and Accommodation

Accommodation and tenancy in Cranbourne and nearby areas

Understand housing options and build the routines that support tenancy. Housing decisions involve much more than an address. You may be considering a move, trying to understand tenancy responsibilities or building skills for a new living arrangement. We can help you work through the practical questions.

How we plan accommodation and tenancy with you

Where support happens

Support may involve exploring options, understanding everyday tenancy tasks, planning a move and building routines in a home. We can work with your chosen decision makers and other providers.

Before we begin

We distinguish housing assistance from a promise of an available property. Eligibility, vacancies, costs and tenancy conditions must be confirmed with the relevant housing provider.

Funding and fit

NDIS funding for accommodation and tenancy

NDIS funding can be self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed. Tell us how your relevant supports are managed and we will confirm the proposed service and payment arrangement before work begins.

We also agree the tasks, worker match, schedule, travel arrangements and relevant costs. Where clinical care is involved, assessment and staff capability are checked before the service is confirmed.
