Assistance with Bathing and Showering

Personal care aides support individuals with bathing and showering, ensuring safety and comfort. They provide help with getting in and out of the bath, maintaining hygiene, and using adaptive equipment if needed, all while respecting the individual's privacy and promoting independence.

Physical Assitance

We provide tailored physical assistance services to support children with physical disabilities, such as cerebral palsy or spina bifida, in developing strength, mobility, and coordination. Our trained support workers assist with guided exercises, mobility training, and the use of assistive devices to enhance physical function and independence. 

Assistance in Managing Life Stages, Transitions and Supports

Offer support for older youth with various abilities transitioning from school to adulthood etc, focusing on life skills, vocational training, and independent living.

In-Home Support Services

Rehabilitation Services

Provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for children recovering from injury, surgery, or illness, focusing on regaining physical abilities and functional independence.

Life Skills Training

Offer life skills training programs that teach children and youth with various abilities important skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.

  • Advanced Emphysema
  • Pulmonary Hypertension leading to severe respiratory failure
Cardiovascular Conditions:
  • Congestive Heart Failure
  • Severe Coronary Artery Disease post multiple interventions
  • Chronic Atrial Fibrillation with complications
  • Critical Limb Ischemia due to Peripheral Artery Disease
  • Stroke with significant residual impairment
Chronic Conditions:
  • Severe Hypothyroidism unresponsive to treatment
  • End-stage Kidney Disease
  • Cirrhosis or End-stage Liver Disease
  • Severe COPD requiring oxygen therapy
  • Severe GERD with complications like Barrett's Esophagus or strictures
Developmental Conditions:
  • Profound Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • ADHD with co-occurring severe mental health conditions
  • Cerebral Palsy with significant mobility or functional impairment
  • Spina Bifida with Hydrocephalus or requiring surgical interventions
  • Fragile X Syndrome with significant intellectual disability
Degenerative Conditions:
  • Advanced Alzheimer's Disease with full dependency
  • Parkinson's Disease with severe mobility and cognitive issues
  • Multiple Sclerosis with significant neurological impairment
  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) in advanced stages
  • Huntington's Disease with significant motor, cognitive, and psychiatric symptoms
