Resume Building Help

We will help to direct you to the right places to help you craft a professional resumes tailored to each individual's skills, experiences, and career aspirations. 

Job Search Assistance

We provide guidance and resources for finding suitable job opportunities, including navigating job boards, networking, and accessing hidden job markets. Our support includes identifying potential employers, customizing applications, and strategizing to enhance job-seeking efforts. We aim to empower participants to take control of their job search journey

Interview Preparation

 We focus on helping participants overcome anxiety, manage social awkwardness, and boost their self-esteem. By trying to simulate real interview scenarios, we prepare them to confidently communicate their strengths and handle various interview formats with confidence, ensuring they are mentally prepared for the often-exhausting interview process.

Regular Check-ins and Feedback

Maintain regular communication to monitor their progress, address any concerns, and provide positive reinforcement. This ongoing dialogue helps in adjusting the support plan as needed to ensure they feel valued and capable in their role.

Returning to Work

Our services support clients in going back into the workplace by providing personalized assistance with setting routines, building confidence, and managing workplace expectations. We offer ongoing mentorship, help with task management, and provide strategies for overcoming social awkwardness and anxiety. Our aim is to ensure a smooth transition back to work, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.

Rehabilitation and Skills Training

Following a brain injury, our life skills training program offers personalized support to relearn vital daily activities. We focus on practical tasks such as cooking, shopping, and self-care, providing adaptive strategies and continuous encouragement. Our goal is to help individuals rebuild their independence and lead fulfilling lives.

Cardiovascular Conditions:
  • Congestive Heart Failure
  • Severe Coronary Artery Disease post multiple interventions
  • Chronic Atrial Fibrillation with complications
  • Critical Limb Ischemia due to Peripheral Artery Disease
  • Stroke with significant residual impairment
Chronic Conditions:
  • Severe Hypothyroidism unresponsive to treatment
  • End-stage Kidney Disease
  • Cirrhosis or End-stage Liver Disease
  • Severe COPD requiring oxygen therapy
  • Severe GERD with complications like Barrett's Esophagus or strictures
